Genuine tempo anticipated from the outset. INTUITU (7) settled back in the field and struggled to make an impression last start over this distance at Eagle Farm. Fitter for three runs back from a spell and is capable of a much better run. TAVISTORM (8) ran on nicely at Ipswich two runs back then struggled in black-type company at the Sunshine Coast last time. Looks well in on 55kgs so back in this grade he is a definite contender. COUP DE TONNERRE (3) made it two wins in a row when he proved a bit too strong late in a similar race to this at Eagle Farm a fortnight ago. Still gets in okay after the claim so the hat trick is a real possibility. TAPPY'S LAD (5) is slowly working his way back into form. Four-time winner at this distance so he cannot be underestimated. GLEN MASSEY (11) is up in class but drops 5.5kgs from his win at the Sunshine Coast recently. Good each-way option. SUGGESTED PLAY: Intuitu each-way.
