Kerman Rock and Filthy Habits possess good early speed and will set a genuine tempo. COVERT ROSE (4) made it back-to-back wins to start the campaign when winning over a similar trip at Bunbury last time out. Now into Saturday grade, but she draws well again with Pike remaining in the saddle. Trending the right way and can bring up the hat-trick. SUPER ROMANI (2) got the job done at Pinjarra over 1800m last start and Chris Parnham returns to the saddle. He's been competitive in similar races earlier this campaign and if he can hold his form, he'll go close to winning again. GREAT DEMON (5) was never a chance first-up when a long way back in a good race and should appreciate the rise in trip. Brad Parnham has a good record aboard the gelding and he still has plenty of upside being lightly raced. Maps for a better run this time and can make his presence felt. ALBERICH (3) is racing well of late and has claims. FILTHY HABITS (6) won't be far away if he can bring his best form. SUGGESTED PLAY: Covert Rose can win again.
