Not a lot of speed on paper. BRUNO STARS (9) has been mixing his form and was a winner at Penola by a head 3 starts back. His last start effort for fifth at Bordertown was not too bad and with Linda Meech in the saddle this time, he is open to improvement. Each-way value. IDON'TGETIT (3) tends to get back in his races but is usually running on strongly at the finish. He was runner-up at Warrnambool 11 days ago and has the winkers fitted for the first time here. If he gets an uninterrupted passage, he can have the last say. NO MATTER WHAT (8) did not run on as expected last start on a track that was heavier than he preferred.
