Nothing to run them along here so the pace looks even at best. WHAT ARTISTS DO (3) wasn't beaten far at Eagle Farm on debut and then just missed as favourite at Grafton following. He will be fitter and can use the low barrier. Hard to beat. JUST CLIFFY (1) improved again missing a nose here. That stacks right up and he will go close with average luck from an awkward gate. BLACK ASSASSIN (6) resumed at Grafton in good order and was then outgraded in an Open 2 at Eagle Farm. He will be better for that and can't be ruled out. STANDLEE (5) wasn't beaten far here on debut and it was a tough effort. He's likely to sit closer today and needs to be kept onside. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing What Artists Do.
