Expecting a strong gallop with Mercury Eight and Hollywood High taking up the running over Duchess Of Sussex. HALLIWELL (7) looks close to breaking through on the back of two solid minor placings to kick things off. Drops back slightly in trip with 28 days between runs and rates a leading player. SNOOPY NOW (12) never looked likely last start in the G3 SA Sire's Produce when settling a mile back but did pick up nicely in the lane to finish in the frame. Strikes a much easier assignment this time but will most likely find himself a long way back again from an ugly draw. Watch for him climbing over their backs late. HOLLYWOOD HIGH (8) has shown great tactical speed in her first two starts but has just lacked a fitness edge late. Has switched yards during her 39-day break, as she makes her stable debut for the Bain & Taylor partnership. Expecting her to charge forward again and prove tough to reel in. PAPPIANA (11) returns for Clarken & O'Shea. Hit the line hard in both runs in her debut prep and it sets up for a similar showing first-up from the wide draw. DUCHESS OF SUSSEX (13) next best. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Halliwell to get the verdict.
