Strong tempo with Kazu Orval, Kura Junk and Shonen Jidai leading the way. ZELOSO (7) made progress last time out, finishing third at the end of 1600m at Funabashi after being prominent at the turn. Looks well placed so expect another big run. KING DALLAS (11) is returning from a spell of ten weeks. Finished 16th at Nakayama Dirt over 1200m at the first run last prep. Now with a new trainer Satoshi Kokubo. Expecting a bright start for the new trainer. KURA JUNK (6) was far from disgraced when second last start after being in the firing line on the corner over 1500m at Funabashi, beaten a nose. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Likely improver with strong prospects. SHONEN JIDAI (5) resumed a month ago over 1600m at Kawasaki and was only beaten 1.3 lengths into sixth after being prominent at the corner. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
