Despite the small field Rouge Voyage, Northern Titan and Tassel Knot can set a strong tempo. Nice little race. TASSEL KNOT (5) is a talented filly who has been in the money at both appearances. Last appeared when she was successful over 1800m at Tokyo on November 2. Has plenty of upside so she looks sure to feature. ROUGE VOYAGE (2) returned from a spell eight weeks ago when she was in the firing line on the turn before being beaten 4.5 lengths into fifth over 1600m at Tokyo. Likely improver with strong prospects. NORTHERN TITAN (1) was well held in the Fairy Stakes won by Black Chalice over 1600m at this track at her last appearance three-and-a-half months ago. Not out of contention. TURN THE TABLES (3) is back from a spell of ten weeks. Closed last prep as a winner, taking out a 1600m contest at Tokyo by a nose. A bold showing is expected.
