Not a great deal of pace on paper so it may be left to one of the debutants to take it up. PARIS COLLECTION (14) had her first start here and didn't make much of an impression but ran a much-improved race at Kyneton last time out when beaten a long neck. Had trialled well in between runs, so that wasn't a shock and draws to go on with it here. PULL MY FINGER (2) can't be faulted from a consistency perspective but just seems to lack the killer punch required to break through. This does look a touch easier than some of the races he's run well in previously, so gets his chance from the inside alley. JOHNNY TIGHTLIPS (5) is a first-starter trained by Enver Jusufovic, who has a knack of knowing when they're ready to get to the races, and he was third to classy types Rosberg and Naifah in his most recent jumpout. PRESSURE SWITCH (7) jumped out of the ground last start after a poor first-up run, so he needs to be respected. JASMINA (9) has a habit of trialling brilliantly but struggling on race day, so is hard to trust, but again looks to have prepped up well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Paris Collection to win.
