ECORO DUEL (6) was very good when returning from a layoff most recently, beaten a nose into second in a G2 steeplechase (3900m) at Hanshin. Twice a Grade 1 winner and is clearly the one to beat in what would be his main target this prep. HO O PUROSANGUE (3) is ready to tackle a better race after he scored in a steeplechase (3140m) at Hanshin at his latest appearance on March 28. Has been tested at G1 level but yet to prove himself. Coming along well and is capable of taking this out. DINASTA (10) returned from a spell last start with a win in a G2 steeplechase (3900m) at Hanshin with today's rider Takada aboard. Back in good order and looks likely to feature. NEVIIM (7) could only manage to finish sixth 35 days back in a G2 steeplechase (3900m) at Hanshin. That result was on the back of a solid second in a G1 steeplechase (4100m) at this track two starts ago. Cannot be dismissed.
