Expecting Etincelle to set a genuine tempo after crossing from wide out. ETINCELLE (12) has been racing in great heart with three top-three finishes on end to kick off his career, the latest a second over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt when he was in the firing line all the way. Has his share of ability. Won't be a maiden for long. HO O MOTIVE (5) has been thereabouts in three of four career starts. Managed to find the placings at Tokyo Dirt two starts back when resuming before finishing eighth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt last time. Among the leading chances. MEISHO TAIZAN (8) finished second, beaten 1.5 lengths, at the last start two months ago over 1400m at Kasamatsu. It doesn't get any easier but he has been competitive at JRA level so this is not out of reach. BOLD TOWER (10) finished 4.5 lengths away in fifth at his last appearance over 1700m at Kokura Dirt on March 1. Cannot be ruled out in this suitable assignment.
