Has in fact placed 4/5 fresh and draws a low barrier with a winning rider aboard. Rates well enough. IN NO DOUBT (2) won a 60 on a heavy track at the Gold Coast two back and pulled up with an issue at Ipswich following. Presents for the new yard on a 35-day return, and Todd is a positive jockey engagement. Has the ability, and he can feature if he takes to the circuit. REAL VALENTIA (3) finished fourth two runs back at Murray Bridge then improved to score at prohibitive odds over 1100m at Broken Hill. The free-running galloper jumps from the inside barrier and has won this track/trip. Should give a big sight. MODS (5) missed the hat-trick as favourite in a 66 and did some work. The shorter spring suits and he deserves another chance. HELL OF A GENT (11) is heading in the right direction and also has claims. SUGGESTED PLAY: Even Sharper if the betting suggests stable confidence.
