So Polite, Effusiv and Zatanna to battle for the lead at a strong tempo. VANLEE (10) resumes and makes her stable debut for the Hickmott yard. She brings solid NSW form and looks to have returned in good order judging by her lead-up trial. Draws well and can make the perfect start to her SA campaign. WILTSHIRE SQUARE (5) hasn’t struck this prep but her formlines are strong and the blinkers should sharpen her. She doesn’t need to improve much to be right in the finish. HEAVEN ROCKS (6) produced a strong return here last month, just peaking late. He’ll be better for that run and gets a key switch to Toeroek. Can go a couple better. SILVER LIFESTYLE (1) has returned in terrific order and the form around him keeps stacking up. The drop back in trip is interesting, but he’s going too well to ignore. ZATANNA (12) is one of the main pace influences and carries a featherweight after the 3kg claim. She’ll give plenty of cheek. SUGGESTED PLAY: Vanlee to win.
