Gellhorn to take up the running at a moderate tempo. ACTUALITY (7) would take a bit of beating if she brings her best. The first up run at Flemington was solid, getting back and working home well in a bunched finish to be beaten two lengths into seventh. That was on wet ground, fancy she gets better conditions here and this does look very winnable from a soft gate. SOUTHERN CRESCENT (10) was okay when firmly in the market last start at Ballarat, off a month between runs there. Her form earlier in the campaign was very good. MISS MAHJONG (5) ran well fresh at Ballarat in the same race when working home for third. She does tend to go well fresh and draws wide here but has claims. DRONE ATTACK (9) outran her SP in town last time, have to respect off that run. NOT SURPRISED (6) is lightly raced and suited out to 1200m now. SUGGESTED PLAY: Actuality to win.
