Expecting a solid tempo with several of these capable of pushing on early. LONG TALL SALLY (5) led all the way for an easy win first-up over this course and distance last start. Promising filly who should dictate terms and prove too strong again. EVENT HORIZON (3) has been racing in great heart with two top-three finishes on end, the latest a third over 2200m at Nakayama when he was prominent throughout. Has the ability to play a major role. ECHIGO DRAGON (6) turned in an encouraging run first-up, settling well back then winding up nicely to finish fifth over 2000m in stakes class at this track. Warrants plenty of respect. MEISHO TENKU (1) has not been sighted since he scored over 2000m at Kyoto on February 1. Capable of figuring in the finish. SATONO IVORY (4) is a promising type who hasn't raced since finishing 6 lengths away in eighth over 1800m in the G3 Kisaragi Sho (NHK Sho) at Kyoto on February 10 which was the only run of that prep. Has won when fresh from a spell in the past. Must be respected.
