Tempo strong with Dona Carnaval and Lightning Zeus pushing forward. HAYATENO TSUBASA (7) went forward and proved too strong when resuming last time out, scoring by 6 lengths over 1000m at Kokura Dirt. This looks a sterner test than last time but he is on an upward spiral and good enough to take this out. LIGHTNING ZEUS (12) saluted at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in contention on the bend before finishing second over 1200m at this track, beaten one length. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. HO O PREMIER (5) is a genuine type with two minor placings from three starts this prep. Continued the trend last time out when runner-up over 1200m at this track. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is good enough to take this out. LEWIS TESORO (13) did a great job to score by 2.5 lengths over this course and distance last time out to build on a solid first-up result. Must go to a new level now but cannot be underestimated.
