Despite the small field Highly Lethal, Quid and Grey Invador can set a decent tempo. DAMIANO (2) took his time to win a race, and he has now won 3 of his last 4 starts, including 2 on this track. He is in a good space and has to be hard to beat again. SOL DE OTONO (6) did not have all the luck in the world here 12 days ago in the G3 Breeders' Stakes, and she will find this company more to her liking. She drops in weight, and on a softer track than last time, she can bounce straight back into the money. HELLUVAH RETURN (5) was an upset but deserving winner at Trentham 4 weeks ago, and she has won 2 of her 3 starts on this circuit. She is very fit, and she has to be respected again. QUID (3) is a lightly tried gelding getting ready for the jumping season, but he still retains some dash on the flat. SUGGESTED PLAY: Damiano to win.
