Reasonable tempo with The Big Ticket probably leading but a few others should keep him honest.
PERCOLATE (6) is back from a 28-week spell and has transferred from Ciaron Maher to Jason Deamer. Best of three runs in the maiden prep was a 2.5 lengths defeat on debut at Hawkesbury. Winning hope if she finds that form. FASHION SPREE (5) dropped back to a maiden of similar quality to this last start and was beaten by the barest margin over 1206m at Port Macquarie. Should race handy and will be tough to beat again. RISK AND FAMOUS (3) had a let-up of six weeks before his reasonable effort to finish fourth in the same race as Fashion Spree at Port Macquarie. Fitter for that run and the addition of blinkers may help the cause. KEINBAH'S GIFT (10) failed over a shorter trip here recently. Should appreciate the step up in distance and drops sharply in the weights after Hull's claim. DIANELLA (9) is open to improvement at just her third race start. SUGGESTED PLAY: Percolate to win first-up for the new yard.
