On the quick back-up and should prove too good for these. ST ROY (8) was a strong winner last time over 1200m at Lightning Ridge when recording his third straight win. Hard to stop in this rich vein of form. MARIOTA (10) is now in the Kieren Hazelton yard. Snagged back early and failed to get into the contest with a poor tenth over 1600m at Stony Creek. Kept fresh and a change of scenery could do the trick. THE MANAGER (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start with a fading eleventh over 1900m at Armidale.
