Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Yendy. ALPHA BRAVO (5) was an impressive Doomben winner last time out when racing up on speed and will have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Gets some weight relief with the 2kg claim and can go back-to-back without surprising. The well-related YENDY (7) (half to 2xG3 winner and 2xG2 placed Chica Fuerte) goes well for hoop Newman who has a win and three placings from just five steers. Has been right there in all four runs this campaign and has to be included in calculations. BLITZBURG (4) is yet to miss a drum in three starts over this distance range and will be rock-hard fit for this. Top-three credentials. COUNT NICHOLAS (8) is a very consistent commodity who rarely puts in a poor one. In the mix. ALLOUTATIME (6) rounds out the selections in a competitive affair. SUGGESTED PLAY: Alpha Bravo to win again.
