Off the low draw Wilson is likely to find the lead at a slick tempo. DANON THAMES (5) resumes. Started favourite in both runs during his maiden campaign and although unsuccessful he wasn't far away, including a second at the last run on February 14 over 1800m at Kyoto. Should take a lot from that first preparation and can get off the mark this time. WILSON (3) looked good at his only appearance 11 weeks ago over 1800m at Tokyo, finishing second and beaten 2.5 lengths. Drawn ideally and should feature in the finish. LANCE OF HERO (6) resumes from a spell of four months and looked close to a win before that break, finishing off with a minor placing over 1800m at this track. Jockey Riki Takasugi back aboard. Rates highly and is one of the main hopes. ROUGE PREUVE (2) returned from a spell four weeks ago when she was beaten 4 lengths into fourth over 1600m at Chukyo. Fitter so expect a better run this time.
