Vitamin Drop and Mellifluous to take up the running at a strong tempo. Looks a race in two. CRIOLLO GOLD (11) sat just off the speed and fought on well to finish second when resuming last start at this course and distance. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run once again. Will play a major role. MELLIFLUOUS (9) is a four-start maiden who has been in the money at her last couple of runs, the latest when third over 1200m at Hanshin Dirt. Likely to push forward and keep the top pick in sight. Sure to be in the finish. VITAMIN DROP (7) turned in a decent effort on debut last start when fourth at this track over 1200m, beaten 4.5 lengths. Should do better this time around. BEAR GO FOR (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1200m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths into fifth. Good each-way chance.
