Pace strong with Philia and Treasurethe Moment leading with Astral Flame nearby. It's hard to go past multiple G1 winner TREASURETHE MOMENT (1) who is just so well in here at set weights. Much was made of her first up defeat in the G1 Futurity Stakes here when leading at an even tempo, but the fact is she was beaten under a length by Pericles and Buckaroo, finishing ahead of Evaporate who then ran 2nd to Tom Kitten in an All-Star Mile. Doubt any of these mares would've fared any better in the same scenario and she has to start deep in the red. ON DISPLAY (8) ran a credible race first up against the boys at Flemington on a tough day to make ground. If they pack up around the turn, Zahra can have her within striking distance. The other main chances all come through the G3 Matron which was a very bunched finish. DAMASK ROSE (2) is going well and TOO DARN DISCREET (4) ran good splits from an impossible spot, doubt there's much between them. SUGGESTED PLAY: Treasurethe Moment to win.
