Expecting a strong pace from the outset with plenty of speed engaged. NEVER TOO MUCH (3) was a warm favourite when finishing third on debut at Wingatui 3 weeks ago. He would have learned a lot from that experience, and he gets to carry 3kg less this time, thanks to a claim. Stick with him, and follow your money. KYOSHI BOY (2) has been showing plenty of pace in each of his starts to date, but has lacked the ringcraft to settle in his races. He should be a lot more relaxed at this third start, and he only needs to put it all together to start winning some races. HEZZAROCSTAR (1) raced greenly on debut when warming up late to finish third, and he then was too good here a month ago on a heavy track, scoring by nearly a length. He carries the same weight, and he can repeat the dose. BALTIC BOOM (4) has impressed at the trials, winning the most recent of those by well over 2 lengths. He is in good hands, and he can make a winning debut. MISS TWINKLE (5) has the race day experience over her rivals, and having Kylie Williams in the irons is a plus. Each way. SUGGESTED PLAY: Never Too Much to set the record straight.
