Lack of speed in the small line-up so it may become a sit and sprint affair. Very weak three-year-old contest. ASHEN GLOW (5) is having his first run for a new yard. Former South Australian who last raced in an open three-year-old over 1200m at Murray Bridge. Nicely placed here and expected to go well. STANDARD STREET (3) has not been sighted since she scored over 1200m at this track on December 20. Has upside and will be hard to beat. GRINZINGER TUNDRA (1) is a former Victorian tested over much further last time in. Was in the placings when first-up from a spell last campaign at Geelong over 1225m. Has found the right race and should run well. ARTISTIC FLAIR (4) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 6 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1200m at this track. Has the fitness edge on the rivals. Should be about the money. PRICE SHARE (2) is an Overshare gelding from Bel Price who is on debut. Well educated with a host of trials in Victoria but never raced. Watch the market closely. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Ashen Glow.
