LIKE CLOCKWORK (12) is a talented mare who tackled a tougher race at her last run on July 4 and finished seventh behind Ladies Pro over 2000m in the Listed Belmont Oaks at this track. Has trialled well, this looks the ideal kick-off and gets Pike for the first-up run. KRAKEN TIME (7) also resumes having tackled some handy races last time in and has been trialling well. SWANSEE (10) finished fifth last time out over 1200m at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths. Key runner. HEY PINO (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he got a long way back over 1200m at this track, beaten 2 lengths into fifth. Likely improver with strong prospects. HORCRUX (3) returns from a layoff of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1200m at Ascot. Among the hopes. SUGGESTED PLAY: Like Clockwork to win.
