Beast Mode and La Astro Chat possess good early speed and will set a genuine tempo. TRES MAGNIFIQUE (7) resumed with a good run first up at Sandown Hillside over this trip, sent out $2.80 and just missing a long neck to a very in-form horse in Behaviour. Back a notch in grade and has the speed to hold a spot from the inside gate. Can go one better. SALUTED (9) was behind the favourite last time but only just, continuing her strong form. She should land in a good spot and run another honest race. HARRY GOT STYLES (6) got too far back over 1100m at Rosehill but hit the line well. His best trip is 1000m and he can look to suck up behind them and try for a late split. LA ASTRO CHAT (11) is going okay and will be up on speed with no weight on his back. BEAST MODE (1) isn't going as well as he has but fourth in a G3 two back reads well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Tres Magnifique on top.
