Lots of speed predominantly from Leroy Brown, Amend and Party Rocking. WAR PRINCESS (7) showed plenty of class as a 3YO in some strong fields, and showed that she had gone the right way over her spell when winning fresh up here by a neck a fortnight ago. She is still nicely placed at the weights, so stick with her on top. BIG WAVE (8) made the most of a strong ride when winning fresh up at Ellerslie, franking a nice trial win prior. He maps to receive the run of the race, and he can race right through the grades this season. Nice horse. PARTY ROCKING (6) was far too good fresh up on the poly track at Awapuni nearly 4 weeks ago, and his form on the turf is just as good. The extra 300m here is no problem, so go again. LITTLE BIT OF LOVE (4) had little luck last time out, when making his run wide, while the winner came closer to the rails. Don't drop him just yet. HASSTOBEAWINNER (3) resumes from a spell, and usually needs a run to get ready, but his trial was good, and he should be kept safe in any top 4 combos. SUGGESTED PLAY: Big Wave each way.
