Weapon Clear, Lawborough and Imperial Award to match motors but there will be other pressure. PLUNGER (4) resumed in an apprentice-only race at Seymour and was just run down late by a handy one in Lyrics 'N' Song as the $1.85 favourite, giving away weight to that fitter horse. He'd looked very good winning two handy races last time in and with early luck from the wide gate he can atone. SPIRIT OF WEALTH (14) ran well first up at Sandown Hillside in a BM78 and comes back a notch in grade here. Up to 1200m should suit better and she'll take beating. ELECTRIC ELVIS (5) is off a short freshen but is flying this time in. He'll be hoping for the predicted rain to hit and can win if it does. LAWBOROUGH (7) worked home well fresh but just fell short at Bendigo as favourite. Fitter now and has ability. TSARINE (16) won well here last time and warrants plenty of respect again, given his record here on a track that can be tricky. SUGGESTED PLAY: Plunger to win.
