Strong pace from Queen Christine and Jewel Of Heaven matching motors with Grand Omaha close at hand. Keen to see the return of exciting mare CONCORD CONNIE (3) who went through the grades impressively in three runs last campaign, winning all of them, including a huge six-length victory at Flemington. Likely gives them a start and will have bigger targets in mind but should still be too good. QUEEN CHRISTINE (7) looks the danger given the map. She won three in a row prior to last start at Sandown Hillside when beaten under a length after facing the wind. She'll get every hope leading from the inside and take catching. SUN SETTING (11) is going well without winning, she's a little niggle at the end of 1200m given her short, sharp sprint but should be looming up at some point. HANKEE ALPHA (8) resumes over from New Zealand. Market best guide for the Alderson yard. KIPPIS (14) resumed with a narrow win at Bendigo and has upside, respecting.
