Plenty of pressure with Angel Ladder, Howdoyouzou and Shows A Sign leading the charge. DR FARTHING (16) chased gamely into fifth when resuming at Eagle Farm three weeks ago. Is drawn sticky again but gets a key booking in Thompson and has won here before. With a touch of luck from out there, he'll be in the finish. PROPAGANDA (15) returned with a bang here three weeks ago, justifying the short quote. Is also drawn sticky but looms a major threat. HOWDOYOUZOU (10) has returned in great order and should spear across to race handy. At his top now fourth-up and will give them something to catch. ANGEL LADDER (5) was too bad to be true first-up when failing as favourite. Can forgive on what she produced last campaign. FIRST MISSION (2) returns and is a noted fresh performer. Gets help at the weights with the 3kg claimer going on. Can run a drum. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Dr Farthing.

He had won a small-field Benchmark 65 at Sunshine Coast the start prior, edging Cherrabah on soft ground. This is harder, but the 1000m record keeps him in the mix. |

She has a strong 1000m record, but must rebound after Dr Farthing had her measure last time. |
