Good early pressure with Startles or Perfect Chaos likely to take up the running. DREAM ROCA (3) trekked over the ditch and finished third fresh up in the G3 Sunline Vase at Ellerslie 3 weeks ago, and has stayed on in NZ for this first run in an anti-clockwise direction. She maps to receive a run that suits her early on, and is the one to beat. LIGURIA (2) had only 3 starts in her initial prep as a juvenile, and managed to win second up at G3 level, before finishing runner-up in the G1 Sistema Stakes at Ellerslie in March. She has been tuned up with a couple of trials, and is set to go close to winning fresh up. POUNCE (1) raced handy to the pace, and then showed a quick turn of foot to put away a good field in the Sunline Vase 3 weeks ago. She has the pole position here, and in a similar field, she can repeat the dose. HAWEA (4) has been freshened up since a huge win at Taupo nearly 6 weeks ago, and she has win a trial since then. She has more to offer, and can figure in the top 3 again. PERFECT CHAOS (6) won the Whanganui Guineas fresh up, so keep her very safe. SUGGESTED PLAY: Dream Roca can win this.
