Small field but a good tempo is expected with Galath, Saltclay and Royalify pressing on. ROYALIFY (3) returned from a spell last start with a strong win by 2 lengths over 1200m at Winton. Open to plenty of improvement and looks sure to be in the finish again. NOBLE INTENT (1) turned in a eye-catching run last start over 1000m at Birdsville, winding up hard from well back on straightening to finish a close third. One of the main contenders. GALATH (4) won at Muttaburra two starts ago but was below his best at a more recent appearance, finishing seventh over 1400m at Aramac. Rock-hard fit now and is nicely placed to bounce back. TELL US TOLL (7) was racing well without winning, finishing in the money on three consecutive occasions, before finishing 11th last time out over 1200m at Mackay. Will drift back but wind up late and should prove tough to stop. SUGGESTED PLAY: Royalify to win again.
