The return to 1400m is a useful change and her track-and-distance record gives the form a solid base. COSMO SEAWOLF (3) is the main danger despite being beaten eight and a half lengths in the same last-start race; he was respected in an open market and his prior B2 fifth behind Snow Horn Road reads competitively for this. GEMPACHI LEONIDAS (7) has more of a place profile, with a long losing run in the past 12 months but enough Kochi 1400m record to stay in the mix.
