Moderate tempo expected with Loreal Belle likely to find the front over The Wildling and Seminal.
SEMINAL (9) started favourite on debut last start over 1300m at Hawkesbury but after stalking the leading division into the straight was unable to do better than third. Should enjoy the slightly longer trip and in a maiden that lacks great depth she looks the one to beat. MAYLEIGH (5) overcame an awkward start to rattle home for third when resuming over this course and distance a fortnight ago. Looks to be back better than ever - no surprise if she took this out. LOREAL BELLE (2) led but didn't offer much in the run home in a 1300m Hawkesbury maiden recently. Fitter for two runs back and might be tough to catch if able to dictate. VISION IN A DREAM (4) returns after a 20-week spell. Best of four runs in the maiden prep was a placing over the mile at Newcastle. Two recent trials should have her up to the mark. MOORDYUP (7) is next best first-up from a six-month spell. SUGGESTED PLAY: Seminal to break through.
