REMIGINO TESORO (6) brings the most appealing profile, having improved sharply second-up when second to Beryl Sphere at Saga, beaten four lengths after being well found in an open market. His two wins and one placing from five starts at this track and distance give him the right grounding for this. LEADENHALL (1) is the next threat after placing behind Vacio here, and although she only battled late, her prior fifth was sound enough to keep her in the argument. NISHINO HIMMEL (8) has been consistent without winning, beaten three and a half lengths at each of her past two, and her record with Taku Kawashima reads well for a race of this depth. FEEL ALIVE (9) has more to prove after a six-and-a-half-length fourth behind Vacio, but the light weight and proven Saga 1400m background keep her in the minor-winning mix if the principals do not improve.
