Tempo strong with Vento Rina, Rikimaru and Handsome pushing forward. HANDSOME (11) made an encouraging debut last time out, finishing 2 lengths from the winner in third over 1600m at this track. Open to improvement and looks a serious contender. VENTO RINA (10) has started twice, missing the frame on debut then doing a better job to finish second last time, beaten one length over 1600m at Niigata. Should be prominent from the outset. Close to a win. WILL STATE (8) made his debut last start and was just fair in finishing fourth at Niigata over 1400m, beaten 6 lengths. Shapes as one to consider with the race experience now on board. NINA LARGO (3) could only manage fourth on debut then improved last start but found one better over 1800m at Sapporo, beaten half a length. Looks to be in the right race so expect another big run.
