Strong tempo with Keiai Maple driving forward, while Meijo Solid and Simply The Best pressure. GALAPAGOS (9) resumed over 1600m at this track last time out and finished second. Has two wins when second-up and has plenty of upside with the run under his belt. Ready to find winning form. BLUE SYMPHONY (5) progressed nicely last start to finish a close second over 1400m at this track. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to figure in the finish. KEIAI MAPLE (12) scored a first-up win at this track then found one better over 1300m at this track. The third-up record is strong so he is among the winning hopes. BEAR ANGEL (4) is yet to find the winners' list this time in work but has four placings from six starts this prep, finishing second most recently over 1400m at this track. One of the contenders.
