Despite the small field Midnight Glow, Jimmy The Bear and First Day can set a strong tempo. Essentially the same field that contested a 2000m VOBIS event here two weeks' ago which saw JIMMY THE BEAR (2) too well in at the set weights and prove too classy, scoring by 0.8 lengths. 2400m is a genuine query but they shouldn't go hard and he may just have a bit too much for them again. CHIHULY (6) was fourth to Jimmy The Bear here last time and while untested at 2400m he looks like he'll handle the rise. MIDNIGHT GLOW (4) was sixth there and a rough place hope as well. Race then falls away to DICTIONARY (5) and FIRST DAY (7) to fill First Fours. Of those pair, minor lean toward Dictionary to fill that spot fourth up and out to 2400m. SUGGESTED PLAY: Jimmy The Bear on top.
