No surprise if the debutants played a key role in the tempo of the race with little speed on paper. HURRY MISS (5) says pick me above others after three placings in three genuine maidens to date. Trialling solidly into what is an ideal kick-off assignment. PATISSIER (3) went to the paddock getting closer to a win and two recent trials have been up to scratch. Resumes in the right race here. HAMMOON HEROINE (4) draws wide on debut but has held her margin in two trials. Worth including in a suitable debut test. PRECINCT (7) is bred to stay all day and has taken a while to get to race day. Will be running on late. VAREKOVA (9) also debuts. Hasn't beaten a runner home in either of her trials. Will however be better suited up to this distance and is drawn low. SUGGESTED PLAY: Hurry Miss win.
