Okesutora is likely to roll to the lead and set a decent tempo. Hard to find a standout in an open staying contest. OKESUTORA (2) lived up to the favourite's billing last start with a win at Rockhampton in BM65 grade over a similar trip. No reason to jump off here. AOOM'S CHOICE (6) ran on well last time at Rockhampton over the mile and looks well suited to this extra trip. MALECON (1) finds a nice looking race and is not without an each-way hope off a last-start third at this track. BOLERO (7) goes well this trip and produced a nice enough effort last start at the Gold Coast when 3.5len off the winner. Keep safe. DECEMBER DIAMOND (10) placed two back. Holds some value appeal. SUGGESTED PLAY: Let's place a boxed quinella with 2,6 and 1.
