Expecting a strong tempo over this journey. FARRAVALLO (5) has been a beaten favourite in his last couple of starts in the hands of apprentice jockeys, and he will have Bruno Queiroz in the saddle this time. He also has the blinkers on and will be the one that they all have to beat. Follow your money. CAITLYNS WISH (3) was well rated in front at Te Rapa 3 weeks ago, and kept up a strong pace to score by half a length, breaking her win drought in the process. She only has to carry an extra 2.5kg, and can repeat the dose. TAVIS COURT (4) was a strong winner in a 4-horse field at Hawera 11 days ago and normally holds his form when fit. He has won on this track in the past, and has to be respected again. AMEND (2) made some solid progress through the grades earlier in the year on wet tracks. He might need this run, but is worth including. SUGGESTED PLAY: Farravallo meets a handy field here but is ready to win at short notice.
