They look to roll along early with Te Atatu Dream and Elle Mcfab leading the charge.
ELLE MCFAB (9) sat wide and still won comfortably on debut at Matamata, and then battled on gamely for fourth here 3 weeks ago, when looking for more ground. She will be suited by the step up to a mile here, and should be among the hardest to beat. INDIAN GOLD (1) came home with a rush to finish second here 6 weeks ago when resuming from a spell. He is likely to get back again from a wide gate, but if the tempo is genuine, then he can have the last say this time. JAFFIRA (2) has raced his way back into form and ran on late to finish second at New Plymouth last week when not many were running on that day. He is rock-hard fit, and with the aid of a 4kg claim, he can go one better. VICKEZZLASTCALL (10) ran on late when making her debut at Matamata, and then got in the final stride to win her maiden second up at Tauranga nearly 3 weeks ago. The extra furlong will suit her, and she can repeat the dose. HOT SALSA (8) may not win often but usually tries his best. Include in all multiples. SUGGESTED PLAY: Elle Mcfab has plenty more to offer, and can take this out.
