FUNNY BUNNY (4) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1000m at Hakodate when second, beaten 3 lengths. Has plenty of upside so a big run is anticipated. HARUHIME (2) ran well on debut last start to finish third over 1200m at Hakodate in a tougher race. Likely improver so she should be in the finish again. STORM THUNDER (11) was 4 lengths from the winner in fourth over 1200m at Hakodate last time following a minor placing on debut the run before. Debut run was good and he looks a great chance to open the account. MOZU PLUS FORT (5) wasn't far away on debut last start over 1200m at Hakodate, finishing third and beaten 4.5 lengths. Can figure in the finish.
