Expecting Affermato to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. COMMANDING BELLE (4) put them away when it mattered last start and radiates upside. Finds a suitable class rise at the same trip. VETWELVE (1) froze in the headlights of a serious class rise last start. Previous form was slick and this is much more suitable. Front and centre this time. SCULPTOR (3) delivered a serious run on effort in the wet first up. Carries four kilos less with a handy rider switch-up. More yes than no. AFFERMATO (2) made good progress last campaign and is a proven fresh horse. Recent trial says he’s ready to rumble.
