Plenty of pressure from Foxenberg, Electric Tommy and Quoin battling for the lead over Brutalina. NOETZIE (7) was dominant winning at Murray Bridge last time out, sitting wide but bolting in by nearly five lengths in good time. Up to 1200m now and this is no doubt a fair bit harder but he put up a number there that measures up very well. SALSA FELLOW (1) brings consistently strong form to this, running on strongly to just miss here last time out in a similar race. Draws better here and Shinn sticks aboard. ELECTRIC TOMMY (4) is a promising gelding for the Freedman camp, winning both starts this time in, doing it easily on heavy ground at Geelong. Drops 6kg off that BM64 win and can measure up, especially if it's wet. BOSSY BENITA (5) won well fresh and has always promised plenty although may want a bit further now. SUGGESTED PLAY: Noetzie to win.
