Solid pace likely with Wolfburn prominent along with Cinque Torri crossing from an outside gate. CINQUE TORRI (3) was chasing a hat-trick of wins from as many starts on this track 2 weeks ago and was run down late, finishing second by half a length. He has copped a tougher draw this time, and has more weight to carry, but is in a good space, and will be hard to hold out again. WOLFBURN (7) is running out of excuses and may have needed all 4 of his starts back from a spell to reach full fitness. He has another good draw, and he is a winning chance in this. HASSELTOFF (1) ended up winning 4 races on the bounce at Alice Springs to close off his last prep and will be making his track debut. He has a big weight, and normally takes a run to get ready, but he has thrived from his new stable and can't be ruled out of winning this. MOTORACE (8) won second up at Gawler 3 weeks ago, and even though there is more depth to this field, he is still at the improving stage of his career, so stick with him. HETTINGER (12) upset most of these last time out. He drops 2,5kg in weight. Go again. SUGGESTED PLAY: Wolfburn is worth another chance. Each way value in a good field.
