Expecting Andrew's Memory and Burning Bright to press forward and set the tempo. NO RUMOURS (5) never looked likely in the G3 Launceston Cup but once he finally saw daylight he charged late and was strong through the line. He rises in weight dropping back to Benchmark grade but he’s at peak fitness now and should prove very hard to stop. SAVATOFF (6) has been attacking the line well in all three runs this prep and will relish getting out to this trip. He’s building the right way. BURNING BRIGHT (4) comes through the Port Lincoln Cup and should be peaking fourth-up. He’ll bounce straight to the front and be in this for a long way. TYUSIX (8) has progressed nicely this campaign and was only edged out in the PL Cup. First time at this trip but he shapes as one who will handle it. ANDREW'S MEMORY (1) has hit a purple patch and is thriving as the distances rise. He’ll need to go to another level again but he’s earned his shot. SUGGESTED PLAY: No Rumours gets the nod.
