Genuine performer last prep whose most recent appearance resulted in a third over 1400m at Rockhampton. Nicely placed to kick off another successful campaign. HEAT (1) got home by 2 lengths last time out over 1212m at this track. Has a good record at this track with five wins and two minor placings. Sure to be competitive. PRIMARY WITNESS (3) scored a commanding victory at Gympie over 1600m at his latest appearance on October 25. Yet to be beaten here, scoring three wins from as many starts. Has to be respected.
