Pace looks to be genuine with Sunset Belle and Riga matching motors in advance of Sayonara Two Step and Koritsi.
RIGA (2) is an absolute flyer who will be cherry ripe for this at the third run back. Has led for home at both runs this prep over slightly longer trips but been reeled in on both occasions. Finds a race with little depth and coming back to 1200m is the perfect set up. Hard to go past. The danger is OLIVIA TWIST (3) who gets better each time she steps out. Started favourite last time over 1300m at Newcastle but after racing just off the speed couldn't quite finish off. Big chance if she can extract a little more improvement at the fourth run in. KORITSI (6) made a little late ground without threatening when fresh from a 16-week spell over this distance at Wyong recently. Lightly raced mare with more to offer second-up. MAYLEIGH (7) wasn't far away on debut two back at Warwick Farm but failed to follow that up at Goulburn last start. Each-way chance in a thin race. BRITISH NAVY (4) showed a glimpse of form last time and from a good gate is an outside chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Riga to lead all the way.
