Solid tempo anticipated with Argyle Star and Uni Queen matching motors. ANGEL SHAME (7) stormed home from the back of the pack to score by 1.7L at York last start in an impressive performance. O'Donnell hops on board now claiming 3kg, getting her in light at the weights. Back in distance here but draws the inside and a forward showing is on the cards. UNI QUEEN (5) won well two back before backing up that performance at Albany last time out when a 50-1 chance. Back in grade here on the quick turnaround, but she rates highly on her past couple of performances and she can make a statement. MYSTICAL MAN (6) did little and finished well back over 1990m at Esperance last start, a less impressive effort than his sixth at Esperance the run before. Nicely placed to take this out. STRIKING FELLA (3) could only manage fifth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 2000m at Mt Barker, beaten 2.25L. Well placed and can figure in the finish again. BRAVE CONTENDER (1) won't be far away. SUGGESTED PLAY: Angel Shame gets the nod.
